Canadian partners, CCRA. The Web Network stores using ETM to advertise
“secret sales” also use the ICBA Commit-Buy-Sell Program (CBS Program) to
buy apparel at significant savings. The CBS Program makes it possible to
sell a t-shirt for $5 and still make more than a 50% margin. For more
information about the CBS Program contact ICBA Program Manager, Marty

Functionality & CSV
To learn the behind-the-scenes functionality, go to
http://www.ccra.net/ci-spec/. This site covers how stores post their CSV
files to the website to make Web Network applications functional. Every ICBA
Web Network store is strongly urged to establish a weekly posting of their
CSV files. Up-to-date information is the backbone of most applications.
Getting started
First an ICBA store
provides the signed Participation Agreement and payment of a one-time,
non-refundable fee of $5,000. Next, the store’s Web Network Dashboard
account is set up. Once your store is part of the
ICBA Web Network you choose which applications to turn on and off, and when
to turn them on and off. Technical support is available through
participating stores via the Web Network Support Forum.
Because up-to-date
information is the backbone of most applications every ICBA Web Network
store is strongly urged to establish a weekly posting of their CSV files.
After posting your CSV files, we recommend starting the SellMyTextbooks
suite of buyback look ups, buyback alerts, and student-to-student used book
classifieds. Then turn on Events That Matter and any of the other
applications that support your store and your customers.
The ICBA
Web Network is a self-supporting ICBA program.
