March 08, 2010
On Friday, February 19, 2010, during the ICBA 2010 Retail Conference in San Antonio, Texas, Pat McGowan from the University of Wisconsin presented ICBA’s Best Practices and Top Performance Awards to seven ICBA Member Stores.

"The annual Independent College Bookstore Association (ICBA) Operating Survey is one of the most important resources provided by ICBA to help facilitate institutional store success." said McGowan. Of the 70 stores that participated in the 2008-2009 Operating Survey, 50 stores were eligible to receive an ICBA Best Practice and Top Performance Award.

• Achieved top performances or best practices demonstrating successful execution of business strategies from 2004 to 2009.
