  • Apparel, Backpacks & Imprinted Gifts - Reach buyers of apparel, backpacks & imprinted gifts. Choose from PRIMEtime 20-minute private meetings or PowerHall 10-minute meetings.
  • Technology - Reach buyers of computer hardware, software and accessories, and consumer electronics products. Choose from PRIMEtime 20-minute private meetings or PowerHall 10-minute meetings.

Vendor Schedule
  • Tuesday, February 16: Beginning at 1:00pm, registration and setup. Includes evening Welcome Reception.
  • Wednesday, February 17: Meetings for all vendors & buyers. Includes meals and receptions. 
  • Thursday, February 18: Meetings for vendors & buyers (except Academic Resources & Business Encounter). Includes meals and receptions.
  • Friday, February 19: Optional free education. Meals are additional cost. Preregistration is required.
  • Saturday, February 20: Optional free education. Meals are additional cost. Preregistration is required.

Vendor Insurance Waiver

In order to participate, a Vendor Insurance Waiver form must be signed and on file with ICBA. It MUST be submitted by January 5, 2010 to ICBA Business Office, P.O. Box 951, Ashland, OR 97520 or faxed to 541.488.4286 or emailed to Office@ICBAinc.com.

ICBA 2010 PRIMEtime Exhibitor Kit
For more information, read the complete ICBA 2010 PRIMEtime Vendors Exhibitor Kit to find information about ordering additional tables, chairs, etc. for your PowerHall and MarketPlace “booths.”  Freeman Decorating will be our on-site decorator for the PowerHall and MarketPlace events.  Your company will be responsible for any additional furnishing or services provided over what is included in your standard booth package.  (See the Exhibitor Kit for booth details.)  Deadline for ordering additional fixtures for your booth at the ICBA discounted price is Tuesday, February 2, 2010.  Please note, the ballrooms that will hold the PowerHall and Marketplace events are carpeted.

For PRIMEtime in-room meeting participants, please request additional furnishings through The Westin La Cantera Conference Services office.  Although the hotel will do its best to accommodate your needs, due to limited inventory, items may not be available. Additional furnishings will be billed to your company’s incidental credit card provided to the hotel.


Shipping & Freight

Ship all support materials and samples directly to The Westin La Cantera. Shipments will be delivered directly to your designated event location and ready for you to set up. Materials and samples MUST be shipped to arrive NO EARLIER than Saturday, February 6, 2010 and NO LATER than Saturday, February 13, 2010.

Freight MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED and include packing slip(s) with:

Number of boxes (e.g., 1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc.)

Outbound Freight
For outbound freight, you are required to pack materials and samples for shipment, complete shipping forms with payment information, and leave packages in your assigned event location for hotel pickup.

Save with Tradeshow Select
ICBA encourages you to maximize your savings on inbound and outbound freight by using Tradeshow Select, a division of PartnerShip.
