- Strategic Direction ($595) - For store directors and key management staff.
- Academic Resources Course ($595) - For buyers and managers of academic resources, textbooks & course materials. Includes education and PRIMEtime meetings.
- iTech ($595)—For buyers of technology, consumer electronics & computer products. Includes education and PRIMEtime meetings. FREE registration, FREE airfare (up to $500) and FREE ground transportation for qualifying buyers while space is available.
- Apparel Institute ($595)—For buyers of apparel, backpacks & gifts. Includes education and PRIMEtime meetings. FREE registration, FREE airfare (up to $500) and FREE ground transportation for qualifying buyers while space is available.
- Supply Institute ($595)—For buyers of school & office supplies. Includes education and PRIMEtime meetings. FREE registration, FREE airfare (up to $500) and FREE ground transportation for qualifying buyers while space is available.
- Marketing Zone ($395)—An abbreviated registration and program designed exclusively for marketing directors and marketing staff.
Stores that are not members of ICBA or Canadian Campus Retail Associates (CCRA) pay an additional $100 unless specified otherwise. All Canadian stores pay US parity.
For ICBA 2009 ICBA saved member stores $150,000—that’s an average of $1,000 per member.

ICBA Institutes consist of multi-day, hands-on learning taught by professionals and colleagues from inside and outside of the industry. The 12- to 20-hour curriculum-driven ICBA Institutes not only cover basic foundations for success like, return on investment, assortment planning, financial analysis, marketing and merchandising, but also delve into the core topics most important to the category.

Buyers Get FREE Registration, FREE Airfare and FREE Ground Transportation!
With the economic stress of keeping your school happy while simultaneously growing your business, we know how challenging it is to get necessary buyer education while dealing with limited budgets and restrictive policies. That’s why we support our ICBA Members with free registration, free airfare (up to $500) and free ground transportation for primary buyers in select categories (varies from year to year).
Although we’d love to make it FREE to everyone, there are limited spaces available for each category. FREE spaces are also limited to one primary buyer per category per store and are only offered to ICBA Members (just one of our many membership benefits). Of course our peers and friends from non-member institutional stores are invited to join us through the regular registration process.
The Easy Agreement: Buyers Attend ALL PRIMEtime Meetings
As professional buyers, this is an easy win. To qualify for FREE registration and FREE airfare, you must be the primary buyer for your product category and you must agree to attend ALL PRIMEtime and PowerHall meetings on your schedule. If you are a no-show or miss a meeting without a legitimate cause as determined by ICBA, you agree to reimburse ICBA for registration, airfare and ground transportation at the price of $1,095.
