Effective January 1, 2010, ICBA has a new EIN
In November 2009 ICBA members approved the creation of a new ICBA corporation. Effective January 1, 2010, ICBA is incorporated in the state of Oregon. As part of the change ICBA has been issued a new Federal Employee Identification Number (EIN) by the Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service.
Effective January 1, 2010, ICBA's EIN is:
27–1491659.
Many members use ICBA’s EIN as an identifying number in their accounts payable. For your convenience, a signed ICBA W-9 form with the EIN is provided below. Please forward this information to the person in your store or on your campus who is responsible for your accounts payable.
